**§3. Obligations** *(optional)*. What each party must do, stated so a stranger could referee it.

**§4. Miss clause.** Default applies (Const. Art. IV §3): 7-day grace after a missed deadline; delivery within grace pays in full; after grace the tranche is forfeited, revivable only by amendment with two signatures. *Override here only if this bill needs different terms.*
